WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS AND CREDITS
Returns are refunded in the original form of purchase.
Products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
Returns after 60 days of purchase are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items marked clearance, seasonal or purchased at discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Opened, used or partially used products cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are a Canadian based company, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Please allow 48-72 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment. Please see the respective transit times below.
Note that Canada Post is currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days after your expected delivery date to receive your package.
